IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE SMS MESSAGING TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PROVIDING YOUR MOBILE PHONE NUMBER AND EXPRESSLY OPTING IN, YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE SMS TEXT MESSAGES FROM PX CENTER AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

1. SMS PROGRAM

PX Center, Inc. (“PX,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send recurring automated SMS text messages regarding:

  • Platform and service updates;

  • Support ticket status;

  • Appointment reminders;

  • Account-related notifications; and

  • Responses to customer inquiries.

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity and interactions with the PX Platform.

2. CONSENT AND OPT-IN

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox within the PX Platform, mobile application, or website.

By opting in, you authorize PX to send SMS text messages to the mobile number provided, including messages sent through automated technology.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using PX products or services.

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

PX does not charge a separate fee for participating in the SMS program.

4. OPT-OUT

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional SMS messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent.

Opting out of SMS messages will not affect your ability to access or use the PX Platform.

PX will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

PX may share limited information with telecommunications carriers and service providers solely as necessary to operate and deliver the SMS program.

7. CARRIER DISCLAIMER

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, incomplete, or undelivered messages.

Message delivery may be affected by network availability, wireless coverage, device compatibility, or other circumstances outside PX’s control.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

PX may modify these SMS Messaging Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date.

Material changes to the SMS program or the scope of your consent may require PX to obtain new consent.
